๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒœ Quality Blog Posts ๐ŸŒ›๐ŸŒƒ

๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒœ Ohayล gozaimasu! My classroom has been learning about Quality Blog Posts. Which means that we have to rate the learning of students from all aross New Zealand! This is was actually really fun to do because I get to experience what other students have been learning about. ๐ŸŒ›๐ŸŒƒ

Fresh and Smooth is a story about how two loving siblings get separated.

Fresh and Smooth were quietly sitting in a fridge, somewhere in Auckland, New Zealand. A smell drifted through the air, coming in and out of the air vents. Many of the foods blamed it on Framarge

(Blue Cheese), but he denied it.

How rude! It can’t be me! I’m the finest cheese in all of France!”

Framarge and Smooth got into a big argument! As they argued, a gigantic hand reached into the fridge and pulled Fresh and Smooth out! They both were screaming with fear and confusion. They both were put into separate lunch boxes. Fresh was being transported to a school and Smooth was being transported to a business building. Fresh and Smooth had met a bunch of animals and rubbish on their adventure to find each other.

Later on, after a few months, a group of children had found Fresh and Smooth, washed up on Point Chevalier Beach.

I felt a little bit nervous when it was my turn to preform on the stage. But I just gave it my all and tried to brush the nervousness away. The song that we danced to was called

"Welcome Home"

by Dave Dobbyn.

We were taught by Ms. Green and Ms. Tuipulotu. The script was written by Ms. Green and I can say that it was very interesting and fun! I was so happy when I heard that the night performances turned out awesome!

The Lion and the Mouse

The lion was mighty and handsome looking. He had the eyes of a fierce black panther, a mane that was shiny and fluffy, claws that were as sharp as a chef's blade and a loud, mighty voice. His body was muscular and healthy. He loved to show the other animals how strong he was, and how brave and responsible he is when leading his pack. The tiny mouse had oval shaped eyes, fur that was soft and silky. He had cute little paws that were the size of a bread crumb and never ending courage. Instead of having a loud and mighty voice, he had a quiet, gentle voice like a person reading a nice poem out loud. The mouse wanted to be like the mighty lion. One night, the mouse woke up with an amazing idea to achieve his goal. He got out of his bed, grabbed a guide book and practised his roaring. Every single time he practised, the only sound that would come out of his little mouth was a squeak. But that didn’t stop him from trying to achieve. When the mouse woke up from his nap, he felt really confident, so he changed out of his pj’s and walked to the big rock that was in the middle of some animals that were talking. He climbed on top of the big rock and let out a big squawk! Different types of animals that were nearby, gathered around the mouse. They laughed and laughed, some joined the mouse and started making sounds. They were all so loud that the tiny mouse couldn’t hear himself. All of the animal sounds made his soft squawk sound like a roar! He felt happy so he jumped off the rock and traveled to the lion's mossy, humongous rock where he found the lion fast asleep. Carefully, the mouse tip toes his way to the lion's face. It was amazing to see the mighty lions face up close… Loudly, the little mouse gasped! The lion's eyes forced open and his pupils stared straight into the little mouse's eyes. “Eeeaaakk!” Screamed the lion. With courage, the little mouse said, “Hello almighty lion! I have come here to show you my roar!” The lion was confused… Can a tiny mouse like him let out a roar? Carefully, the mouse climbed the lons face with his eyes following his movements, sat next to the lion's ear and squeaked as loud as he could. The lion bursted out with laughter. “We can work on your roar together, tiny mouse.” He said. The mouse agreed. In the end they became friends. The lion learnt not to be a showoff.
