The Explorers

 

Softly, the river flowed well. The trees were quiet and the birds were singing out loud - But the two men and the woman were furious about their surroundings. They gained strength and pulled their canoe across the river down to the shallow waters. They were trying to explore things that no man nor woman has ever seen. The woman was terrified - she held the baby tightly, close to her chest for dear life as if they would fall out into the  water fall...  Will they discover something new? Or would they fail…?

looked like a crowd! The men stared at the creature with faces like an unhappy clown, mixed with a WW2 face preparing for battle. The creature slashed one of its tentacles on a nearby building, causing it to nearly hit the men's escape boat. Will they survive?...

The shark was 10 times bigger than Bob. He was terrified and filled with different types of scared thoughts. He tried to sink to the bottom of the ocean, and gripped his fingers to a small rock near him. The shark went over Bob, the stream that the shark was leading was quite like the soft breeze of air coming from a air conditioner. He thought to himself and said ‘Maybe diving was a bad idea after all’.

Happily, the man prepared to go for a swim and explore the wide waters. He hurried to the seashore, slapped his goggles onto his face, balanced to put his flippers on and set free into the water. SPLASH! The man obviously didn’t think that he was going to have a humongous fish coming towards him! As he happily swam, the man did a terrifying discovery, a big terrifying Whale-Shark was swimming hungry towards the man! He shivered!

Beautiful But Deadly

 Hello everyone, this story is about a creature that has beautiful eyes, but what people didn't know about it was that it was deadly. (Beautiful But Deadly) I hope you all enjoy this story! Stay Safe, stay warm, stay kind and stay happy!

Its eyes were green as a summer green lawn, its eyes were sparkly as the stars shining in the night sky but deadly. 

Its eyes were beautiful, but the inside was furious and deadly for what nobody noticed…

The creature dragged itself out of the dark green swamp as if it was a couch potato.

The creature stared into the child’s eyes as if they were in love, and snapped his mouth fast, as if it was flash’s pet.

But what do you think the creature bit?

Was the child in danger? 

Loyalty or Aggressiveness?

 

Suddenly, The ground in the white house started to rumble, then civilians glared at what had been destroying the ground. The Giant opened its eyes and widened his mouth as if he was eating a big bowl of ice-cream, and scram! 

The giant lifted himself out of the hole that he came from, and started pounding his chest like King Kong! Loudly, the giant stepped onto a tree and snapped all the little twigs as if they were tiny ants eating his leftover pizza!

Braved, the mayor rushed outside, hopped into his car, and beeped his horn at the giant. 

He looked FURIOUS! The giant threw a tree at the car, barely hitting it! The mayor drove off, distracting the giant so the troops would shoot it.

But the giant didn’t hurt the troops...It went on both knees and faced his eyes closed down at the lawn. 

It looked like the giant may be loyal? But why would only throw something at the mayor?

The Invasian

The invasian picture was a cool picture to write about. Why? Because I could use a lot of my imaginations and I could make up city names. I used "Wonder City". Because I also love the hero Wonder Woman and the movie Divergent. (Because the picture looked like the city from it). So here is my writing, hope you all enjoy!

 

As the invasian set in wonder city, civilians panicked and ran to the dock of blessings. As they got there, the dock had already been destroyed by the soldiers of the dark.

Huge amounts of ships came crashing down from the sky, flipping as if it was being tickled. 

The civilians kept on panicking and panicking, waiting for a hero or a blessing to arrive.

The Wonder City armys circled the buildings and faced the battle ships of the dark. The battle began! 

“READY, SET, AIM, FIRE!” The Captain of Wonder City armys yelled. 

They started to shoot the battle ships as if they were playing darts on a TV show, as if  they were showing off.

Time passes by and half of the armies were dead… The good part was, the battle ships were all destroyed, but one got away. The rest of the armies gathered around and started to pray for life among the defeated soldiers. But their lives had already ended with honor… 

Facts About Hippos

 This is my google drawing about Hippos. I did facts about Hippos because they are interesting and I only knew two things about them. (That they are Herbivores and They are 1.5 M high). The hardest part about creating it was, I had to fit all the info that I could that would make it interesting for the viewers to see and read. I hope you all enjoy reading facts about Hippos!

What Type Of Food I Would Like To Be Gigantic

The hardest thing about making this was thinking about all the type of things that I would turn gigantic, but I also thought about survival. So I picked this watermelon. 

I would make a watermelon gigantic because if you cut it open, the slices would be huge and the amount of juice in it so delicious! You could maybe last a week or so with it! What about you guys?

The Delivery

Room 23 has been learning to use words that end with 'ED' and 'LY'. So this is my writing called "The Delivery". And it's about a girl named, Midnight who loves gazing at the beautiful moon. The hard bit of making this story was trying to make the girl more interesting with her adventure and yeah... I hope you all enjoy it because it was really hard to make!

         

Curriously, Midnight ran outside, into the forest and stopped where the moon’s spotlight was.

Amazed, Midnight looked behind her as if she found some glowing gems. But instead, it was the 6 moons! Midnight picked up the closest moon and held it up to the sky. Gracefully, the moon floated back into the beautiful night sky.  She did the same thing with the rest of the moons but left off with one of them. As Midnight walked exhaustedly back home, she saw the 5 moons in the sky facing to all of the poor homes. She stayed up all night, gazing at the 5 moons that were in the sky.  As Midnight looked at the 6th moon that was behind her, it was glowing as if it wanted to go back into the sky. So she set of back down to the forest and held the last moon into the night sky and it was like joy spreading around the whole word.

The Discovery

Braved, the tour group slowly drove across the old plain bridge, until they stumbled across a huge skeleton! They started taking photos, cried out loud noises and circled the skeleton. The clouds started forming together creating mist and fog, making it cold for them to see and to find out what the skeleton awaited…

Frightened, the tour group saw clearly that it was a dreaded mammoth! They ran away with fear and a great story to tell others! They wont forget about the gigantic mammoth skeleton!

Drawn Memories.

Ruth Stillaway was a great artist. She loved drawing in the park where there were not many people there. She would always let her imaginations run wild. Her favorite type of art was 3D art because she always thought that it was alive. Her first creation was a 3D boat with amazing detail and realistic sails. But did you know that Ruth has been blessed with creativity? Every week she would draw her memories so she would never forget the pass. A girl name Susan walked right up to Ruth and snatched her drawings off of her hands. Ruth felt so angry that she nearly hit Susan on the face, but she knew that would be wrong. Susan started to spit on the art work and threw it on the floor then ran away. Ruth felt heartbroken because she's been working on it for hours…….... Ruth stormed home with anger and anxiousness. After a few minutes it started spitting so Ruth ran home while covering her drawings from the spitting raindrops. Ruth kicked her apartment door open like she was Hulk. She raced to number 13’s door and pushed it wide open like she was a rugby player. Ruth ran to her bedroom dropped her drawings on the table and started to scribble on a blank piece of paper, this time the only thing she could hear was her heart beating fast as lightning. Ruth’s cat Timber came. He sat on the rug, stretched his back and layed down like a tired athlete. Ruth fell asleep dreaming about becoming famous. It's christmas and everybody raced to a toy store to buy a toy. Maybe they have forgotten to buy one or maybe santa hasn't come yet? Ruth gazed out of her bedroom window, watching all the people yell and run. Ruth thought they were all greedy but she wouldn’t let greed ruin her christmas. She went to her kitchen to cook some Bacon and Eggs with a nice hot cup of Coffee. While eating her last piece of bacon, she heard a loud knock at her apartment door. She peeked her eye through the peep hole and saw Susan! What was Susan doing there? Was she going to ruin Ruth’s creations again? Ruth stood in front of the door for a while until Susan was gone, then she sat back down and finished her plate of Bacon. Then she heard another bang coming from her bedroom, was it Susan breaking into her apartment? Ruth thought. She grabbed a kitchen knife and pointed it to her bedroom door. She opened the door slowly like a snail and then pushed it open! But it wasn’t Susan...It was her creations coming alive! Question for the readers: Ruth is a artist, if you were a artist, what would you want to draw to come alive? I would draw my Great Grandma because I really miss her. Even though my Great Grandma isn't alive, she's still alive in my heart.

Watch and Learn

One sunny day, three cubs and their mother were watching their father from the beach. The father bear was teaching the three cubs how to feed and protect themselves from other bears. The oldest cub was named Jackmel, the second cub was named Ellie and the youngest cub was named Millie. Millie and Ellie looked alike but weren’t twins. Their dad caught 3 fishes and pretended to fight them. The cubs were amazed at how the dad did the great movement. Ellie wanted to try to catch a fish but the lake was too high. Jackmel raced to the lake and caught a fish. After all, he is taller than Ellie and Millie. The mother bear stood behind Ellie and Millie to keep them away from the water and also to keep them safe. 

Father bear taught the three cubs ounce again after all something might come to put them in danger...Maybe a human? The mother bear stood by and watched the cubs again. But the cubs already knew how to fish and protect themselves. Father bear led them to the forest and they were ready to travel. Mother bear walked with them while sniffing the ground for some honey. Jackmel raced to the biggest tree and started to scratch it while Millie and Ellie stood by their father and mother. Suddenly they saw a human with a spear and that human was walking towards the bears, Millie and Ellie growled with bravery. Jackmel ran behind his mother.

The human stepped forward and put the spear behind his back and walked passed them to the lake to catch fish. Millie and Ellie were surprised to see that they were fearless and that they were taught well. Father and mother bear stood by their side with pride and honor while the three cubs played around with the tree.

Here's a question for readers: What would you rather be? Fish or a Bear?

Here's my answer. I would rather be a bear, Why? I would love to protect my bear family and guard the forest against predators. 

Paths of Life

September 3rd, 1982

There was once was a girl named Bridgette Tuipulotu. She loved to dance and sing. She had a tree near her house with lots of animals surrounding it everyday.  She loved going there because of the warm air, bright sunlight shining in her eyes, the colour and the nature around it.  She also loved to see the beautiful city behind it.

September 4th, 1982

Bridgette wandered around the tree singing “We are off to see the wizard of oz.” All the animals moaned with happiness. An hour later, Brigette fell asleep near the tree trunk. But after two hours, she woke up in a Grey blank world. She was confused about where the beautiful world went.

Magical Eggs

The lonely man walked miles to find the right place to dig to find a mysterious egg! People wondered why he would want to find an egg. But it was no ordinary egg, It was a Golden egg birthed by a mother Goose! The man dug grounds himself with his bare hands. After hours of searching for the egg, there were over 18 holes in the ground. But then he found a huge nest. He grabbed it, pulled it to the surface, and looked inside of it. But there was nothing. He wondered if it was in a cave guarded by its mother. So he set off again to look for the mysterious Golden eggs. 

July 6th, 1988.

The lonely man walked 20 miles and then drove 14 miles with a car he found on the side of a bush. Then finally he found a cave. but it was on a very tall mountain surrounded by spiky thorns. So he decided to climb and make sure he kept the eggs hidden. After hours of climbing, he finally reached the cave and he peeked inside the cave to see if it was there and it was! They were so shiny like a coin! He rushed over to the eggs and lifted them up close to his chest. He knew that if he took it back to the city, people would want to take it because they thought it was not real. So he planned to keep it hidden and close to him.

July 7th, 1988.

The lonely man wasn't lonely anymore. He knew that he would have pet Gooses. He drove 13 miles back but when he was driving he heard a crack. He stopped the car almost making the eggs jump out of the back seat. He looked back at the eggs and heard another crack. He lifted up the nest and looked closely at the eggs. He was excited because they were going to hatch and he would have friends!

This is my work that i have done! Its a post card. If you cant read what it says it says:Dear Mum and Dad,Its me Alofa and i am exploring Tonga! I'll be back in a few months. Iv'e learned how to prepare Umu (Tongan food cooked in an earth oven). Iv'e Traveled all around Tonga and learnt different ways to cook and to dance!I even learnt how to speak Tongan to others.
